Enterprise Mobility's National/Alamo brand is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at MSP airport in Saint Paul, MN. You will provide superior, friendly, and efficient service, verify driver information, and facilitate the rental process to ensure a timely experience.

The role pays $21.00 per hour with benefits including PTO, car discounts, 401k with match, health, life, and vision insurance, plus training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and services.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other accessories.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local area information.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general questions by phone or in person.
• Inspect returned vehicles and notify management of any issues.
