El Car Wash seeks a Customer Experience Advisor to greet guests with energy and professionalism in a frontline, hourly role at our site operations. You will drive membership growth and transform visits into loyal customer relationships.

You will read customers, tailor your approach, and close memberships without pressure while maintaining a welcoming environment and accurate feedback logging. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus for South Florida markets.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image in a fast-paced setting.
• Extroverted, high-energy presence with strong engagement skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and influence without pressure.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets.
• Empathy paired with sales drive to read and respond to customers.

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; outdoor work.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is strongly advantageous in South Florida
