Job summary

SalonCentric, a L'Oreal USA subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in Clearwater, FL. You will handle customer orders and inquiries, document cases, and resolve issues using established procedures. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and timely service.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office and remote components, reporting to the Manager, Customer Experience. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Handles high volume calls and inquiries with tact and professionalism.
• Communicates clearly both verbally and in writing with good judgment.
• Maintains accuracy and attention to detail while multitasking.
• Exhibits enthusiasm and proactive attitude for assigned tasks.
• Experience with call center environments is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers to support order taking and issue resolution within SOPs.
• Create cases and document information to resolve inquiries.
