Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, seeks a motivated Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You will engage with salon professionals, promote top brands, process transactions, and support store operations while enjoying favorable hours and employee discounts. Growth opportunities and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
