Job summary

Canady’s Heating Air Plumbing (Precision Air of Georgia) in Richmond Hill, GA is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for an on-site, full-time position. The role focuses on converting service requests into booked appointments, handling high-volume calls, and delivering superior customer service with a collaborative team approach.

Standard hours run 11:30am–8:00pm with rotating Saturdays; pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree a plus.
• Sales experience preferred and prior call center experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy.
• Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled, revenue-generating service appointments.
• Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Enter and manage data accurately within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with dispatch, technicians, and internal teams to avoid scheduling errors.
• Conduct follow‑up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and explore additional service opportunities.
