Canady’s Heating Air Plumbing (Precision Air of Georgia) is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist for our Richmond Hill, GA branch. This full-time, on-site role handles high-volume calls to convert inquiries into service appointments, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate CRM data.

The position involves coordinating with Dispatch and Service teams, following up with customers, and meeting KPI-driven targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales experience or call center experience preferred.
• High-volume inbound/outbound calling experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Convert requests for service into booked appointments to meet KPI targets.
• Identify customer needs and overcome objections to booking.
• Enter customer information accurately into the service database.
• Handle calls with urgency while delivering superior service.
• Collaborate with Dispatch and Service teams to ensure proper handling.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and explore service opportunities.
• Open and close daily operations and ensure safety practices.
