Responsibilities

• Process order changes and maintain accurate customer/order records; communicate updates to departments.
• Resolve product and service concerns by identifying causes and coordinating corrections.
• Manage an assigned territory; build relationships through timely, consistent service.
• Support the sales team by preparing quotes for projects and potential orders, including freight estimates.
