Job summary

The Army & Air Force Exchange Service (the Exchange) is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join the team at bases worldwide. You will greet customers, assist at the lane, process transactions accurately, and help bag merchandise while staying engaged with shoppers.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School or the equivalent.
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.

• Acknowledge waiting customers to let them know you’ll be with them.
• Complete transactions accurately and engage customers during conversations.
• Assist customers by bagging merchandise and moving large or heavy items.
