Job summary

The Army & Air Force Exchange Service (the Exchange) is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to help customers locate products and ensure the Express is stocked with desired items. You will greet customers, listen to needs, and suggest products while maintaining signs and labels on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions.
• Able to take initiative and share brand knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous Convenience Store/Gas Station experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way.
• Acknowledge every waiting customer to let them know you’ll be right with them.
• Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to offer appropriate products.
• Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping.
