The CSR will build relationships, handle inquiries, and follow policies for collections, with thorough training to support success. English required; bilingual is a plus, offering competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or financial services experience (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Comfortably making high-volume calls and handling collections professionally.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers through trust and open communication.
