Atlas Credit Company Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team in Texas. You will assist customers with accounts, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone.

This role focuses on account servicing, payment processing, and administrative support with hands-on training to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed. We value teamwork and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred (1+ year).
• Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable handling high-volume calls and discussing past-due accounts professionally.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with a team.
• English proficiency required; bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in helping customers manage their accounts, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service.

This is an in-office position focused on customer communication, account servicing, payment processing, and administrative support. You'll work closely with your team to ensure customers receive timely, professional assistance.

What You'll Do

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with 8-hour shifts
• Work schedule: Monday-Saturday
• Saturday availability and scheduled Saturday shifts are required
• One weekday off when scheduled to work Saturday
• In-office work environment with no outside collections or field visits
