Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Service Center Frisco - Downtown to greet customers and deliver extraordinary service while coordinating rental car arrangements and load-level decisions.

The role requires at least 1 year in a customer-facing environment, strong verbal and written communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will support insurance partner processes, balance multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced production shop.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and recommend load level adjustments when needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies for one-stop service.
• Adhere to insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
