Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and coordinate with center load levels.
• Coordinate Rental Car / Tow/insurance partner requirements to provide one-stop service.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing and load levels.
