Job summary

National Car Rental in Manchester, NH is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to greet customers, process rentals, and provide friendly, efficient service.

You will explain terms, upsell protection products and upgrades, handle reservations by phone and in person, and coordinate with management on vehicle readiness; a 40-hour week with 4:00pm–1:00am schedule and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• At least 6 months of prior customer service retail or administrative experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly and timely manner.
• Provide superior customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer protection products, upgrades, fuel options and additional equipment.
• Assist with directions, maps and local information for customers.
• Answer calls for reservations, rate quotes and general questions.
• Notify management of customer or vehicle issues and maintenance needs.
