Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant in Indiana to greet customers, identify their needs, and provide guidance for efficient repairs. You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photo documentation, while handling paperwork and transportation arrangements.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone, determine needs and respond with guidance.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Prepare paperwork and arrange customer transportation while communicating with customers and vendors.
