Job summary

Caliber Collision Reynoldsburg is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine their needs, and respond with guidance and assistance. The role supports Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, and coordinating transportation and paperwork for repairs.

Excellent interpersonal skills are required to communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate repairs while following SOPs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation, prepare paperwork and perform active customer deliveries.
• Communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs.
