Qualifications

• Strong technology skills with Microsoft Office and have worked with an MIS system.
• A friendly and outgoing personality.
• Experience in the printing industry an advantage.
• Enjoys fast-paced working environment – ability to multi-task.
• Has good math skills.
• Has basic computer experience; ability to learn POS software for entering orders, estimates, and front counter transactions.
• Demonstrates and utilizes courteous behavior.

Responsibilities

• Greets the customer in person and provides assistance at the counter.
• Answers the phone and identifies both self and company when answering.
• Accurately processes callers through the phone system and routes as needed.
• Identifies customer needs and project details to determine appropriate support levels.
• Enter estimates and orders in POS system, follow up on estimates, and process payments.
• Maintain front counter cleanliness and organization; manage filing and customer artwork files.
