Job summary

Ingram Micro seeks a Customer Experience Representative to drive customer success by increasing adoption and utilization of the Ingram Micro Xvantage platform. You will work closely with customers, vendors and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships.

You will lead onboarding, training, and adoption efforts, partner with sales to identify needs, and support renewal and growth initiatives while ensuring high-quality customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years in customer service, customer success, or a related role.
• Experience with CRM platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and support.
• Drive customer onboarding, training, and adoption of the Xvantage platform.
• Partner with sales to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Support customer acquisition, pipeline development, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver customer success.
• Utilize platform data to identify growth opportunities and improve outcomes.
• Manage inquiries, escalations, and follow-ups with accountability.
