Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking a Platform Success Manager to drive adoption and value realization of the Xvantage platform and related tools. You will partner with regional leaders to translate platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes across multiple countries and teams.

The role emphasizes transformational programs, process standardization, enablement coaching, and KPI management to improve sales productivity and operational efficiency in a hybrid US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
• Ability to drive platform adoption and utilization across global teams.
• Experience with change management and driving organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and effective utilization of Xvantage, CRM, Zendesk, and other platform capabilities across the organization.
• Develop and execute adoption, utilization, and value-realization plans for new platform capabilities and strategic initiatives.
• Coach associates and management on leveraging platform capabilities to achieve business outcomes.
• Establish and monitor platform adoption, utilization, and business impact metrics.
• Serve as the primary connection between regional leadership and Global Platform Business teams; translate global strategy into local execution.
