Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience from quote through shipment.
• Escalate customer complaints to appropriate management.
• Track and follow up on quote requests.
• Represent the company at trade shows, including booth duties.
• Enter new orders, process order acknowledgments, and maintain documentation.
• Assist Finance with payment follow-up when needed.
• Provide order status updates and communicate any changes or delays.
• Maintain the order backlog and support on-time delivery tracking.
• Work with internal team to expedite orders when necessary.
