Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• More than one year of customer service experience in a call center or similar setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately and follow established processes.
• Collaborate with external customers to address inquiries about orders, products, returns, and shipping.
• Coordinate with Credit, Field Operations, and Shipping on order-related activities.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and order updates.
• Comply with safety, quality standards, and company policies.
• Assist with department tasks and cross-functional projects as assigned.
• Support process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.
• Respond to customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
