Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service experience.
• Experience processing orders with computer applications.
• Experience in fast-paced environment with multitasking.
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Oracle CX CRM.
• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Strong English communication; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong working relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Efficiently process customer purchase orders via phone, email, or eCommerce.
• Provide leads to appropriate sales personnel.
• Transfer technical inquiries to the Advanced Technology Center and equipment service needs to Field Service.
• Communicate order details, pricing, delivery schedules, and terms of sale.
• Screen customers against Restricted Party Lists.
• Input customer information into the CRM for accurate activity recording.
• Onboard customers to the eCommerce platform for ordering and self-service.
• Proactively call and email customers to foster loyalty and sales.
