Regency Furniture in Catonsville, MD is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to support customers in person and over the phone, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered smoothly. You will work with the sales and office teams to maintain an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and math skills, proficiency with Outlook/Word/Excel, and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Enter customer orders accurately and completely into the system.
• Process customer payments and ensure transactions are applied to the correct accounts.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions professionally.
• Schedule customer deliveries accurately and conveniently.
• Maintain open orders and communicate updates to customers.
• Research and resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Complete daily reports and required office tasks.
• Support showroom operations, including displays, tagging, and maintaining a customer-friendly environment.
• Work with sales and office teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
