Regency Furniture in Catonsville, MD is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist customers in person and by phone. You will ensure orders are entered accurately, payments processed, and deliveries scheduled with a focus on excellent service.

The role requires strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential for success at Regency Management Services.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills.
• Strong computer skills with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Enter customer orders accurately into the company system.
• Process payments and apply to accounts.
• Handle cash and POS transactions.
• Prepare daily deposits following procedures.
• Answer calls and respond to questions professionally.
• Schedule customer deliveries.
• Maintain open orders and provide updates to customers.
• Support showroom operations and displays.
• Assist Office Manager as needed.

Customer Service Representative – Regency FurnitureAbout the RoleWe are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Regency Furniture team.In this role, you’ll be an important part of the customer experience, supporting customers both in person and over the phone while helping ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
