Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Germantown, WI is seeking a Customer Service Associate to act as the primary contact for customers, handling orders, quotes, and account management. You will maintain records, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

The role requires meticulous data entry, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with travel for training and potential visits to MI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, administrative, or order processing experience.
• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain data and records.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel for training and occasional visits.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oxaion or SAP is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial customer service environments.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, MI-5 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotes, and order entries accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer, vendor, and job records in Oxaion and Excel.
• Verify purchase orders and ensure quoted pricing aligns with invoiced amounts.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Record customer interactions and manage customer accounts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support requirements and issue resolution.
• Follow up on interactions, quotes, and special projects.
• Review customer information using MI-5 CAD/CAM software.
• Utilize Oxaion for order processing, scheduling, and material management.
