• Confer with customers by phone, email or in person to provide information and resolve issues.
• Record accurate details of inquiries and actions taken.
• Resolve billing or service complaints and follow up within 48 hours.
• Coordinate orders with management and production to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare shipping documents and route materials accordingly.
• Collaborate across departments to improve customer satisfaction.
