Job summary

You will assist with product questions, track orders, and coordinate with sales to build strong relationships, while maintaining accuracy of invoices and payments. The role emphasizes professionalism, problem solving, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with a multi-line phone system.

Responsibilities

• Assist customer with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems
• Enter email and phone orders into system for delivery
• Issue credits or debits accurately, when applicable
• Send open order reports, as required
• Meeting daily quotas
• Process credit card payments through Cenpos
• Answer incoming calls via WEBEX Cisco system
• Provide information requested by customers in a timely fashion
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and on-time delivery of orders
• Track orders from entry into the system to delivery or pick up by the customer
• Support the sales team, as required
• Build strong relationships both internally and externally
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis, as needed

Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, proper follow-up, and resolution to client inquiries or issues. The role requires handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance with professionalism and accuracy.

This position will be based in Tampa, FL.
