Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is hiring a Customer Experience Representative (Sales) to deliver exceptional service from Spokane, WA. The role focuses on guiding customers, handling inquiries, processing orders and credits, and providing timely follow-up to ensure satisfaction.

The position requires strong communication, basic math, and MS Office skills, with the ability to multitask and meet daily quotas. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems.
• Enter email and phone orders into system for delivery.
• Issue credits or debits accurately when applicable.
• Send open order reports as required.
• Meet daily quotas.
• Process credit card payments through Cenpos.
• Answer incoming calls via WEBEX Cisco system.
• Provide information requested by customers in a timely fashion.
• Ensure invoices accuracy and on-time delivery of orders.
• Track orders from entry to delivery or pickup.
• Support the sales team as required.
• Build strong internal and external relationships.
• Other duties as needed.
