• Review accuracy of orders and input orders from various channels.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Meet department deadlines and seasonal targets.
• Inform customers of item availability and substitutions as needed.
• Assist customers daily via telephone and email to resolve issues.
• Notify Inventory/Procurement of stock levels.
