Job summary

You will verify details, coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure invoicing accuracy and on-time shipments. Office-based with potential plant access and occasional travel, supporting a high-service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, supply chain, or related field.
• Proven experience in order management, customer service, or related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately from receipt to delivery.
• Verify order details and ensure information is complete and correct.
