Job summary

DLI in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Service Representative to professionally represent the company and help customers get the products or services they need.

You will handle inquiries by phone or email, work with management to resolve freight and delivery issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time orders. The role requires strong communication and multitasking abilities, with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Professionally and accurately provide support to our customers via inbound and outbound calls and/or emails.
• Work with management to resolve complaints concerning freight, deliveries, etc.
• Work with cross-functional teams to track orders to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Provide clerical support including overseeing paperwork associated with claims, payroll, driver BOLS, and maintaining corresponding files.
• Other duties as assigned.
