Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt to delivery.
  • Verify order details and ensure all information is complete and correct.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm order details and address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status, track shipments, and provide updates to customers as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders and related documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of order management processes and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in order management, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O or any ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
Working Conditions:
  • Office setting.
  • May be required to enter the plant/manufacturing facilities.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
