The Staff Pad, a family-owned distributor of low-voltage electronics, is seeking a Customer Experience Associate for its Nashville, TN location. This full-time role blends customer service, sales support, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth day-to-day branch activity and a seamless customer experience.

You will assist customers, manage orders and inquiries, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and contribute to quotes and the sales process while maintaining organized CRM/ERP

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, inventory, or ERP systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Sales experience preferred; technical or B2B sales background is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with orders, quotes, and inquiries.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Qualify and route inbound leads (calls, email, web, walk-ins).
• Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotes and support the sales process through close.
• Pick, pack, ship, receive, and stock inventory.
• Maintain a clean showroom and warehouse.
