Qualifications

• Experience using data to solve problems.
• Experience planning and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Design a pilot program to test new operations improvement.
• Build and manage a project plan with milestones and deliverables.
• Analyze pilot results for impact on customer experience and operations.
• Develop and present final recommendations summarizing results.
