Job summary

Electronic Arts in Austin is seeking a Customer Experience and Operations Intern to support Premium Care programs. You will work on a summer project from design to final recommendation, under the Manager, Premium Care Programs, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in‑office, Tue–Thu).

The role emphasizes using data to improve customer experience, project planning, and cross‑functional collaboration during a hands-on, real-world internship in a leading gaming company.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree granting program in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field with an anticipated graduation date no earlier than December 2027
• Experience using data to solve problems
• Experience planning and managing projects

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a project plan with milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Analyze pilot results to understand impact on customer experience and operational performance

The Customer Experience and Operations Intern will report to the Manager, Premium Care Programs. You will deliver a summer project focused on improving the premium care experience and operations, from initial test design through final analysis and recommendation. This position requires ability to work onsite out of our Austin, Texas office on a hybrid work model, 3 days a week in‑office, Tuesday‑Thursday.
