Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotes, invoices, payments, and account-related requests.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to address customer needs and operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and document customer interactions.
• Generate customer service reports and support process improvement initiatives.
• Update and maintain standard work procedures and related documentation.
