Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years of related experience.
• Experience with customer-facing roles and administrative functions.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and case-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across operational teams based on workload and staffing.
• Learn policies, procedures, systems, and workflows across departments.
• Assist consumers, Accredited Businesses, and stakeholders via phone, email, live chat.
• Provide accurate, courteous information with empathy and sound judgment.
• Create and update BBB profiles, records, notes, and documentation with data quality in mind.
• Support activities including complaints, accreditation processes, research, and account-related tasks.
• Manage changing priorities, queues, deadlines, and service expectations.
• Use Microsoft 365, CRM, reporting tools, and other tech to organize information.
