Job summary

Dyne, an independent testing laboratory, seeks a Customer Service Associate to manage reports, invoices, sample kits, and customer inquiries. You will communicate clearly with customers by phone, email, and LiveChat, ensuring timely processing and accuracy in all documents.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip and a postal meter is helpful.
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems, QuickBooks, HubSpot is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Send test reports to customers within the specified timeline.
• Send invoices to customers within the specified timeline.
• Laminate and mail test tags.
• Answer incoming customer calls and emails, and follow up as needed.
• Answer customer questions received through LiveChat on the Dyne website.
• Receive and process customer requests for sample kits.
• Work with customers by phone and email to retain their business with Dyne.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the Customer Service Manager.
