Culligan Water Conditioning of West Texas Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle clerical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced office. You will provide professional customer service to coworkers and clients and collaborate with all staff across departments.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook; HRIS; CSD; GPS Program; Outreach Communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly from customers or employees.
• Resolve product or service-related issues; follow-up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Schedule deliveries and service calls; dispatch technicians and route representatives.
• Audit batch information in the Customer Service Database; reconcile quantities and reschedule deliveries.
• Take payments and maintain customer records; update accounts as needed.
• Handle collection calls and maintain financial accounts.
• Prepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Input customers information accurately into the Customer Service Database.
• Filing paperwork as needed; conduct credit checks as needed.
• Input payroll information into Excel as advised by management.
• Attend department and company meetings.
• Will do training with or from others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
