Job summary

HiEnd Accents in Irving, TX is seeking a Customer Service & Office Manager to be the central hub of our busy office. You will ensure customers feel cared for, orders move smoothly, and the showroom stays organized and welcoming for the team and visitors.

In this role you’ll support sales and warehouse, maintain ERP/CRM records, and represent the company at select trade shows. The position is in-person at our Irving HQ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, sales support, office management, or operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication: professional, warm, and clear.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and multitasking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM a plus; able to travel for trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support via email, phone, and chat with care and follow-through.
• Process orders accurately; assist with changes, returns/claims, and account support.
• Partner with Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse for smooth handoffs.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM (SAP a plus, not required).
• Support Account Managers with quotes, product info, and customer communications.
• Know the product catalog and new launches; suggest process improvements.
• Represent HiEnd at select trade shows (High Point / Las Vegas / Dallas) as needed.
• Manage office/showroom supply inventory; keep a professional workspace.
• Serve as first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing.
