Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Colorado are seeking associates to deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store. You will handle checkout, cash handling, and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.

You will also assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram execution, participate in omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store, and help maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store while adhering to SOPs and company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enroll them
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and truck unloading
• Maintain store recovery, stock, and planograms (POGs) to ensure in-stock conditions
