• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards, Private Label Credit Cards, and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and participate in omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, planograms, and store recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
