Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations in District Heights, MD. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and front-end duties while maintaining a clean, inviting shopping environment.

You will engage customers with friendly service, handle transactions, and help protect company assets. This role requires physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to front-end duties.
• Handle transactions at the cash register and protect cash assets.
