Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers, educate them about our Unlimited Membership, and convert interactions into loyalty. You will turn service into sales, resolve concerns quickly, and keep the site clean and welcoming.

Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a strong plus for South Florida clients. Ideal candidates bring high energy, a knack for rapport, and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image.
• Charismatic, high-energy presence; extroverted and engaging.
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven; you care about hitting numbers.
• Strong empathy paired with sales drive; you read the customer and adjust accordingly.
• Confident handling of complaints and concerns on the spot.
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; outdoor work in all conditions.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus in South Florida markets.

Responsibilities

• Turn service into sales by reading the customer and closing without being pushy.

• Log customer feedback in Micrologic and share insights with the team.
