Qualifications

• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus for South Florida markets.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is advantageous.
• Able to log feedback accurately and engage customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with energy and confidence to set the tone.
• Educate customers on memberships and convert interest to loyalty.
• Close sales by reading customers and adapting approach without being pushy.
• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally, leaving a positive impression.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming site environment.
• Log customer feedback in Micrologic and share insights with the team.
