Job summary

Location: Store - MYRTLE BEACH, SC

Job Responsibilities
  1. Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations.
  2. Lead omnichannel processes and ensure store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises.
  3. Provide friendly customer service and assist in store management tasks such as SOP adherence, KPIs achievement, and team leadership.
  4. Plan and execute in-store events, manage shrink and safety programs, and assist with inventory and cash processes.
  5. Train and coach team members, serve as Manager on Duty, and promote organizational values.
  6. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and cross-train in custom framing sales and production.
  7. In stores without a Framing Manager, lead high-quality custom framing services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail management experience preferred.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy items, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
  • Work involves climate-controlled indoor environments and some outdoor activities.
