In this role, you'll support our telecommunications clients by assisting customers with smartphones, tablets, and computers. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, answering product and service questions, and resolving account inquiries such as enrollment, cancellations, or disputes.

Here's a glimpse of the calls you'll handle: Sample Call 1, Sample Call 2, Sample Call 3, Sample Call 4.

What We Are Looking For
  • Ability to engage callers effectively, actively listen, and analyze technical issues
  • Navigate multiple applications to research solutions efficiently
  • Multitask while providing accurate and timely instructions
  • Maintain professionalism and patience in high-volume, stressful situations
  • Work independently in a disciplined manner from home
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Successful criminal background check
  • Availability for full-time work (32-40 hours/week), including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong computer skills, typing at least 30 WPM
  • Excellent English communication skills, courteous and professional
  • Ability to follow procedures, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in technical support or customer service preferred
Location & Work-at-Home Requirements

Must reside in one of the specified states and have a dedicated, quiet home office with reliable, hardwired internet (minimum 20 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload). The provided equipment includes a computer, monitor, and headset, with a webcam for training and meetings.
