Job Overview

Salary Range: $18-20/hour

This is a full-time, remote position.

Position Summary

You will oversee daily operations, ensure data integrity, and facilitate communication. As a Customer Experience Lead, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting customer service call team members in responding to customer and vendor inquiries.
  • Gathering and assessing relevant information to address inquiries, comments, or complaints effectively.
  • Responding accurately and efficiently to inquiries and escalations while meeting departmental goals; triaging requests based on urgency.
  • Maintaining detailed records of communications.
  • Providing detailed information for quarterly business reviews, executives, and customers.
  • Tracking unresolved complaints and escalating issues to appropriate resources for resolution.

Requirements for our Customer Experience Lead:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Excel, including formulas, filtering, sorting, and VLOOKUP.
