Your day may consist of speaking with executive sponsors to kick off onboarding and implementations, training new users on the platform, driving engagement across projects,
and being a trusted advisor to our sales team.
Ideal candidates have commercial construction management experience and have been in roles such as Project Manager, Project Engineer, and/ OR worked as a CXM at a SaaS company and continuously evaluated and improved customer experience processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and implemented innovative solutions and technologies to streamline customer interactions and improve their product’s performance.
This is a fully remote position with an expectation of traveling 2-6 days per month to visit a project team and help with the implementation and training process and Quarterly training in Austin, TX, or other US cities will also take place.
This role will report to the Customer Experience team manager.
