What we are looking for:
  • Engage effortlessly with callers, actively listen, and analyze tech issues.
  • Navigate multiple applications to research solutions efficiently.
  • Provide accurate, step-by-step instructions while multitasking.
  • Handle conflict resolution calmly and navigate frustrated customers with professionalism.
  • Work independently in a disciplined manner from home.
  • Adhere strictly to your full-time schedule and handle high-volume calls.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Work 32-40 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong computer skills, typing at least 30 wpm.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Professional, courteous, and able to follow procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in technical support or call centers is preferred.
  • Reside in specified states and have a suitable home office setup with reliable internet.
Location & Work at Home Requirements

Must live in one of the specified states. Home office must be private, quiet, and distraction-free, with a wired internet connection meeting minimum speed requirements. Computer equipment is provided, but a personal desktop or laptop with Ethernet is necessary for assessments.
